Ages: 2nd Grade and up!

Dates: June 28-30th

Here we go -- Girls Night Out 2012!  Our theme this year is  “Inscribed with LOVE”. 

Come expecting the unexpected. “Girls Night Out” 2012 has two purposes:  One, for the girls to grow in their relationship with Jesus, with their friends, and with you – their leaders.  And secondly, we want them to have FUN!  We want them to go home and say, “that was the best camp EVER”. This might mean that you, personally, are stretched and operate a little “out of the box”.   It’ll be fun, promise! I look forward to seeing you there!

Rainbows Club

Preschool children ages 3 and up

Noah’s Ark provides an exciting theme for the Bible stories, crafts, full-color activity pages, and games for this preschool club. Rainbows add colorful animal badges to their vests as they complete requirements for the achievement program.

Pledge: As a Rainbow, I will be a good helper, pleasing Jesus every day.

Motto: Rainbows are helpers.

Scripture Verse: "We are... helpers" - 2 Corinthians 1:24, KJV

Colors:Green and white, which stand for growth and purity

Preschool boys are also a part of the Girls Ministries (Rainbow Club) and will move to the boys program (Royal Rangers) when 5 years old.

Daisies: The Sonshine Club

For kindergarten girls

Darcy, Diana, and Dorie (paper dolls) help Daisies make life applications from the Bible stories and principles they learn. Daisies earn colorful badges depicting these club characters as they complete requirements for the achievement program. Four-week units allow visitors to fit in right away. Club sponsors and girls select the nine units they want to complete during the year.

Pledge: As a Daisy I will be happy, good, and helpful, letting my light shine for Jesus.

Motto: Daisies tell about Jesus.

Scripture Verse: "Let your light... shine" - Matthew 5:16, NIV

Colors: Yellow and white, which stand for light and purity

Prims: The Discovery Club

For first- and second-grade girls

Megan, Carmen, Kim, and Tonya guide Prims through life-application stories as the girls learn biblical principles. The Discovery Box stores lesson-related objects to be displayed during lesson time to make learning even more fun. Prims earn colorful badges depicting these club characters as they complete requirements for the achievement program.

Pledge: As a Prim, I will be careful of what I say, where I go, and what I do; trying always to be my very best for the Lord Jesus, because I love Him.

Motto: I will be kind and thoughtful.

Scripture Verse: "Be kind... to one another" - Ephesians 4:32, NIV

Colors: Pink and white, which stand for kindness and purity

Stars Club

For third- through fifth-grade girls

Girls make their way up the Stairway of the Stars achievement program as they complete units in the four worlds: The World of Truth (basic Christian doctrine), The World Around You (missions), The World About You (activities), and The World Within You (character development). Memorization, projects, and Bible reading are all a part of completing the achievement program as an Honor Star. Four-week units are supplemented with projects and Adventures.

Pledge: Having accepted Jesus as my Savior, I will follow Him in service, in testimony, in attitude, and in relationships; striving always to glorify my Lord as a Star.

Motto: I will follow Jesus.

Scripture Verse: "Teach me your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. I will praise you... with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever" - Psalm 86:11,12, NIV

Colors: Blue and white, which stand for loyalty and purity.

Coins For Kids

This year's Coins For Kids Project is all about kids camp. But not exactly like the camp described above. Imagine a rugged, remote, unique, and full of wilderness camp where the nearest village is 17 miles, the only way to get there is by boat, and the nearest city is 500 miles by air. Daily life is rugged on the banks of the Yukon River where the average daily temperature for camp is 38 degrees and the facilities consist of drafty tents that are in disrepair and all supplies - including fresh drinking water - must be boated to camp.

 Teen Girl Clubs

Teen Girl Ministries specializes in the teen girl experience, and encourages leaders and parents of teen girls to “Embrace the Teen Girl Experience.”

We offer resources to help leaders effectively minister to teen girls in a variety of settings. Our core customer base consists of churches. In TGM, we produce curriculum and ministry resources for godly Christian women to mentor teen girls to help them grow in their walk with Christ.

Our primary resource offerings include the Friends and Girls Only Clubs, which can be used for achievement or non achievement curriculum. We are currently working on a new curriculum option in addition to our current curriculum, and ministry packets.
