Interested in Planting a Church with the Northwest Ministry Network?

Here's the process!

    • Email Brittany to set up a meeting with Dan Serdahl to discuss your interest in church planting.

    • Complete Online Assessments

               Church Planter Candidate Assessment

    • After meeting with Jeffery or Dan, complete the Church Planters Application and send your reference forms to the appropriate people.

               1 Ministers Reference Form
               2 Non-Relative Reference Form

    • Register and attend a Starting Point Event.

    • Email Brittany to set up a meeting with Jeffery or Dan to go over your assessments.

    • Create and submit a strategic plan for your church plant which can include, but is not limited to: budget, team, mission statement, where, how, timeline.  Email your document to Brittany.

    • Start initiating face-to-face contacts with the AG pastors in the area you intend to plant. It is crucial to communicate with them as early as possible. You are not asking for permission - but striving to honor them. Recognize the Pastor(s) for who they are and what they've done in their community. Start fundraising and building your team.

    • From here Jeffery Portmann will meet with the NWMN Executive Presbytery to recommend they approve you as a church planter. Once approval is given, we will contact you.
