LDR Church Development Process

The LDR Church Development Process in the NWMN is moving to a new level. For the past ten years we have done this in cohorts. Together a Church and Coach form organizational development over a two-year period. The process is intensive and requires personal and church commitment.

The Church Development Coach works to develop effective leaders in the local churches through the Church Development Process. The coaching sessions assists the leadership team in guiding the whole church through the process with the strategy of building a healthy, growing church.
