You have been missed! Our team is working diligently on planning an in-person Network Conference in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, ID. In addition, we will offer a virtual option as we know not everyone will feel comfortable attending in-person. Either way, we are excited to see you!
Network Conference is going to look a little different this year … and that is okay. Your safety has been the top priority in our planning. The schedule has been simplified to safeguard the health and well-being of all. We have outlined below the many precautions and safety measures our team is taking to ensure your conference experience is as safe as can be.
Whether you are joining in-person or virtually, you will experience connections, celebrate wins, and be inspired!
Pursuant to CDC and other public health guidelines, all attendees will be required to wear masks that cover their nose and mouth at all times while attending Network Conference. Masks will be available onsite.
In an effort to maintain safety protocols regarding social distancing, the Northwest Ministry Network has partnered with Lake City Church and Canvas Church. This means that the NWMN will be utilizing multiple venues for Network Conference and limiting capacity at each venue to ensure social distancing. Attendees will be assigned a venue prior to Network Conference.
Health Screening Form:
All attendees will be required to complete a health screening form before entering the facility each day.
All attendees will be required to have their temperature checked before entering the facility each day. If your temperature reads 99.9° F you will be unable to enter the facility. You will have access to the conference virtually and can watch from another location. Attendees clearing the temperature check will be required to wear a colored wristband. The wristband color will change each day.
Pursuant to CDC and other local public health guidelines, teams will clean and sanitize the facility regularly, including between each session of the Network Conference. Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the facilities.
Food and Beverages:
No food will be served in the conference facilities except what may be available to purchase at the cafe. Coffee will be available and served by gloved and masked team members pursuant to local health regulations regarding food and beverage service.
In addition to the precautions mentioned above, we will be adhering to all health guidelines established by the city, county, and state authorities. Guidelines are subject to change. We will do our very best to communicate changes in advance if possible.
