Kids Camp is a ministry where kids experience God in a life-changing way.
Kids going into 3rd - 7th grade are invited to join their church for a week of adventure, discovery, and life-time memories. The Northwest Ministry Network is teaming up with dozens of churches and leaders to host powerful worship, teaching, and activities. Each moment is designed to shape the spiritual life of kids at camp. You won't want to miss out on this one-of-a-kind event!

If your student is attending Kids Camp WEST at Cedar Springs and has special dietary restrictions, click the button below to complete the Cedar Springs dietary request form. Please also inform your church and/or the Northwest Ministry Network of the student's name, food allergy, instructions, and that you have communicated such information to Cedar Springs.
What TO bring:
Camp Information for Sufer Dudes and Dudettes
● Bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, blanket)
● Bible, pen or pencil
● Toiletries, insect repellant, sunscreen, chapstick
● Refillable water bottle
● Medications in original prescription bottle in Ziplock bag, if applicable (cabin staff will keep secure during week)
● One-piece swim attire and active clothes / 2 towels
● Change of clothes for 5 days & modest pajamas w/ bathrobe
● Warm jacket and/or sweatshirt
● Tennis shoes, extra pair of shoes & shower sandals
● Money for snack shack
● Money for camp t-shirt $12 (optional)
● Money for missions project for KMC (optional, but encouraged)
CABIN STAFF optional TO bring:
● Twin sheet to cover your mattress
● Power strips for your cabin
● Extra-large garbage sacks
● Extra towels
● A box fan
● Bottled water
● Cabin decorations
● Cards for your campers
● Bluetooth speaker for your cabin
What NOT to bring:
● Illegal or recreational drugs, tobacco or vaping products, matches, knives, weapons, or other items of dangerous or harmful nature
● We discourage you from bringing electronics that are easily damaged or stolen or a distraction to you or other campers
● Game consoles
Kids Camp is open to all students that are entering 3rd - 7th grade in the upcoming school year.
Parents and / or your church will be responsible for transportation to and from camp. Campers should not arrive before registration time. Check with your children’s leader about transportation arrangements.

Kids Camp EAST at Silver Lake - please contact your church and/or the Northwest Ministry Network listing the child's name, food allergies, special instructions, and list of alternative foods they will be BRINGING to camp with them. Silver Lake Campground does not prepare food alternatives for dietary restrictions, but they do allow use of basic kitchen appliances, such as a microwave or refrigerator, to accommodate specialty food storage and preparation.
Kids Camp WEST at Cedar Springs - Cedar Springs campground has a specific Special Dietary Request Form listed on their website that goes directly to their kitchen staff. The kitchen staff can also be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. The best step is to fill out the online form and then email the kitchen if there are additional questions or concerns. Please also make your church and/or the Northwest Ministry Network aware of the situation.
Campers will be supervised by a Christian camp staff whose desire is to lead campers to Christ and to help them grow as Christians. A Christian atmosphere will be maintained at all times. All camp staff and cabin staff are required to complete the online camp staff registration, to obtain a criminal background check.
Closed Camp Policy
All NWMN Kids Camps are closed camps. No visitors will be allowed while camp is in session, to ensure the safety and security of the campers.
A certified life guard(s) will always supervise swimming through the duration of camp. No two-piece swimsuits will be allowed.
A nurse (medical director) will be present at every camp. All medications will be supervised by the camp nurse who will receive them all at the time of check-in at camp. The camp does not provide prescription medication. If your camper is presently under medication, please complete the Medical Form and place with the original prescription bottle in a Ziploc bag labeled with the child’s name. Permission is required to dispense over-the-counter medication, and will not be dispensed unless noted on the Medical Form. Parents will be notified in case of an accident or illness.
Snack items, Camp T-Shirts, and camp merchandise will be available for purchase. Students will turn in their money at the beginning of camp for safe keeping. During camp they will be able to access their money for purchase and/or missions offering. Any remaining money will be returned before departure. Camp T-Shirts will be $12.
