CAMP COORDINATORS


Check in begins at 1 PM and camp will conclude at 11 AM on the last day


Leaders are not permitted to bring their children to camp, nor are children ever allowed to be in cabins. CLICK HERE our for our children/visitor policy.

In order to begin the registration process, you must first register as camp coordinator. From there, you will be emailed a group link that you can then distribute to your students and leaders.

Once your group is created, please be diligent in the management of your group. If a student/leader tells you they have registered for camp, yet you do not see their name on your group page, they are NOT registered for camp, therefore, they will be turned away at check-in.

MEDICATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT 24 HOURS BEFORE CAMP

 

 

 

Please make Medication Form available to students as they check in at your church BEFORE departing for camp.

Leaders missing a Pastoral Reference will not be approved to attend camp. This includes youth pastor or primary leader.
