Sonia Figueroa
 Mainstream Orlando

  Sonia Figueroa serves as the Creative Arts Director and College Age Pastor for Mainstream Orlando at Faith Assembly of God. Sonia has her Bachelor’s in Business     Administration from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Art’s Degree in Christian Ministries from The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.  She   has a passion to raise up leaders and creatives.  She lives in Orlando, Florida.






 JJ Vasquez
 Journey Church

In 2014 God spoke to Pastor JJ Vasquez and Liz to plant a church called Journey in the heart of Winter Park and to serve their community and the city of Orlando selflessly. Journey Church opened its doors in September 2016 with JJ as the Lead Pastor. 

Pastor JJ holds a Master of Divinity degree from The Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He has served as the District Youth Director of the Florida Multicultural District of the Assemblies of God, overseeing 240 youth ministries in over five different states from 2010 to 2014. JJ taught at Southeastern University as an Assistant Professor of Children, Youth, and Family and also served as the Co-Director of the Hispanic Leadership Center. 

He writes about leadership, ministry, family, life, and is also the Best Selling author of Hello God. JJ and his wife Liz live in the Orlando area with their two sons, Justice, Zane, and their dogs Blue & Honey. 


 

 Don Ross
 Network Leader

Donald Ross currently serves as the Northwest Ministry Network Leader, overseeing over 350 churches and 1,400 ministers. He served as the lead pastor of the Creekside Church in Seattle, from1995-2014.

Don holds a B.A. in Biblical Literature from Northwest University. He graduated in 1997 with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate School in Seattle. His dissertation study focused on leading turnaround churches, using his own church as a case study.

Don is a member of the Society of Church Consultants and author of Turnaround Pastor, which outlines his story leading a turnaround church and key principles for a church turnaround.

Don and his wife Brenda, live in Kenmore. They have three married children, Kelly, Kathy and Tom, and seven grandchildren.



 Josh Wellborn
 National Youth Director

Josh Wellborn has returned to his hometown of Springfield, Missouri to serve in the Assemblies of God Youth Ministries after 17 years in full-time ministry.

Josh graduated from Evangel University with a degree in communication studies. After pursuing a career in broadcasting, Josh became a youth pastor in 2001 and has served in Brussels, Belgium; Seattle, Washington; and Michigan.

In 2015, Josh was appointed as the Michigan District Student Ministries Director, where he oversaw both youth and children’s ministries. Then, in January 2018, he was appointed National Director of Assemblies of God Youth Ministries. Josh and his wife, Jennifer, live in Ozark, Missouri with their four children—Isaac, Symon, Liza, and Stella.




 Micah Cruger
 NW Youth Director

Micah Cruger grew up in Eastern Washington. He served as a youth pastor for six years in Medical Lake, WA and then moved to Pasco where he continued in youth ministry for another five and half years. He moved with his family to the Seattle area after joining the team at the Northwest Ministry Network as the Director of Youth Ministries. He and his wife, Erika, were married in 2007, and have three children, Tayton (9), Macsen (6), and Jolea (1). He is currently working on his Master’s Degree at Northwest University.
