If someone is not listed in your group, then they are not registered for camp. Why?

• It’s possible they added a registrant to their Brushfire cart, but never submitted the registration.

• They accidentally created their own registration group instead of joining yours.

• They haven’t registered at all.

Make sure everyone in your group clicks Submit at the end of Brushfire registration and Finish at the end of DocuSign.

• The waiver email may have gone to junk mail.

• A parent or leader may have started the form but closed their browser before clicking finish.

• The form hasn’t been opened yet.

You are responsible for every student and leader waiver being signed, not pending. Incomplete waivers make registration incomplete and void.

Background checks cannot be run until the waiver is complete. Background check and reference form statuses are manually updated by NWMN staff, so processing may take a few days.

Yes, but each student must still include their parent or guardian’s contact info, email, and signature. Parents or guardians must sign student waivers, and cabin staff must sign their own forms. These are legally binding documents and must be completed by the correct person.

You are required to pay for each student or leader in your group unless the Children’s Admin is made aware of the cancellation. Otherwise, they will still be listed on the invoice owed by your group.

No. NWMN Summer Camps operate as a closed campus. Parents may drop off their child at the start of camp and pick them up at the end if arranged, but they may not come and go during the week unless they are registered and approved as cabin staff.

No. The Camp Coordinator manages the church group, waivers, and payment, but does not have to attend camp personally.

NWKids requires an 8:1 ratio of students to leaders. If you cannot send enough leaders, your group may need to be split among multiple cabins or churches to maintain ratios.

Download the Medication Form, have parents complete it at least 24 hours before camp, and bring it with the medication in the original prescription bottle inside a labeled Ziploc bag to the camp nurse at check-in.

Registration is now online and paper applications are no longer standard. Exceptions may be made only in extreme situations on a case-by-case basis.

Camp facilities contain common allergens including wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. The kitchen is not peanut-free or gluten-free. Dietary needs are best met by the guest attending, and refrigeration and microwave access are available.

Bring: bedding, Bible, toiletries, sunscreen, water bottle, flashlight, modest swim attire, clothes for 5 days, warm layers, shoes, shower sandals, and spending money if desired.

Do not bring: fireworks, drugs, tobacco, vaping products, matches, knives, weapons, valuables, pets, or game consoles.
