Leadership Journey

The Paradigm leadership journey runs from May 1 through October 1. This is a critical and required aspect of participating in a Paradigm trip. Its purpose is to build missions knowledge and missiology, prepare for the trip, and enhance the on-the-ground experience. Participants will read 1-2 books, (with articles, handouts, and videos as needed), hear from guest presenters on a variety of relevant missions topics, and participate in critical discussion and reflection.
