FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. What is the Next Gen Conference?

The Next Gen Conference is a two-day event focusing on spiritual growth, community, creativity, and leadership for various age groups, including Junior High, High School, College Students, and more.

2. When and where will the conference take place?

The conference will be held on November 6th & 7th at New Life Church Renton.

3. How can I register?

4. Are there age-specific sessions?

Yes, we will be holding two separate Jr. High and High school/College environments at Next Gen Conference. This means that sessions in both environments will be going on simultaneously. 

5. What are the accommodations for out-of-town guests?

We have partnered with local hotels to offer discounted rates for conference attendees. For Eastern Washington Churches traveling over the mountains, there is an option to stay at local churches. Here are the steps for securing this: Lodging at Local Churches (Limited Availability) Interested in having your group stay overnight at a local church? Email abbieb@northwestministry.com and letting her know the following information: 
1. Your church name
2. Total number of people needing housing
3. Breakdown of that total into:
o Junior High
o High School
o College

6. Can I volunteer at the event?

Yes, volunteers 18 years and older are welcome. If you'd like to be part of the volunteer team, contact gryan@nlchurch.com.

7. Will meals be provided?

You may pre-purchase lunch for Saturday. The boxed Subway lunch will include a 6” sandwich, chips, cookie and water. You must pre-purchase when you buy your tickets online.

8. What's the cancellation and reimbursement policy?

If you purchase tickets and need to miss the conference, our reimbursement policy is as follows: 
● Cancellation by Oct. 10th - 75% refund 
● Cancellation by Oct. 24th - 50% refund
